1. Getting Started
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all our wonderful customers ("Customers") at The Dog Walking Field's various locations ("the Business").
2. Enjoying the Dog Walking Field
2.1 Have a blast in our dog walking field ("the Field"), but remember to follow our rules and regulations.
2.2 Keep an eye on your furry friend and make sure they're safe and well-behaved while using the Field.
2.3 Remember to keep your dog's vaccinations up to date and do not bring dogs that are unwell.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Reserve your preferred time slot through our easy booking system. We currently use Square to process your card payments.
3.2 Payment for Field usage must be made in advance, unless we state otherwise.
3.3 Sometimes unexpected things happen, and we might need to cancel or reschedule your booking. Don't worry, we'll find a solution or give you a refund. You can reschedule yourself online up to 6 hours before your allotted time. Within 6 hours you will need to contact us directly.
3.4 The standard booking is for up to 4 dogs. We do have extended bookings for more dogs. Please ensure you make the correct choice when booking.
3.5 Please arrive promptly and leave the Field five minutes before the end of your slot to ensure you do not encroach on the next booking. If you do arrive early please remain in your car so as not to disturb the prior Field users.
4. Safety and Security
4.1 Let's keep things secure! Make sure the gates are properly closed and latched when entering and leaving the Field.
4.2 Your pup's behavior is your responsibility, so please prevent any aggressive or dangerous behavior.
4.3 Clean up after your dog using poo bags and put them in the bins provided. The Field is used by families with young children as well, and it is unpleasant for them to find or even step in your dog's poo.
4.4 Please don't bring dogs in heat or with known contagious diseases or parasites to the Field.
4.5 Kids under 16 are welcome, but they should always be accompanied by an adult and supervised.
4.6 CCTV is in operation in some areas for security. By using the Field you consent to CCTV footage being recorded.
4.7 Banned dog breeds are allowed as long as you adhere to the government regulations, including registering them, insuring them, only one dog per handler, and only one household at a time.
4.8 Please report anything that is wrong, such as a hole in the fence or issues with the gate.
4.9 Do not leave balls, dog toys or remnants of balls or toys on the ground. They might be safe for your dogs, but other dogs can try to eat or choke on them.
5. Keeping Everyone Safe
5.1 We want everyone to have a great time, so please treat other customers, their dogs, and our staff with respect. Let's keep it friendly!
5.2 Additional guidelines or instructions may be provided by our team to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
5.3 Water is provided for the dogs. It is not for human consumption.
6. Taking Care of Health
6.1 Enjoy your walk around the Field, it is good for you and your dog.
7. Emergencies and First Aid
7.1 The Field is mostly unattended. If you have an emergency or need urgent help, please contact us by phone or contact local authorities.
8. Respecting the Property
8.1 Please be mindful and avoid damaging the Field or any property on the premises. You may be responsible for repair or replacement costs if any damage occurs.
8.2 Do not let your dog chew the fence posts or any permanent structure in the field. Apart from being damaging, other dogs might choke on the bits or splinters left behind.
8.3 Do not dig or allow your dog to dig the ground in the Field. It can be a serious hazard for running dogs and humans walking.
9. Capturing Memories
9.1 We love sharing the joy of our Field! We may take photos or videos of Customers and their dogs for promotional purposes. By visiting our Field, you consent to us using such media.
10. Personal Belongings
10.1 Keep an eye on your belongings. We're not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items you bring to the Field.
11. Sharing Is Caring
11.1 Please ensure you arrive and leave within your allotted time so the next customer is not waiting. Also ensure you clean up after your dog(s).
12. Unexpected Events
12.1 Sometimes things beyond our control can happen, like bad weather, fallen trees or emergencies. We won't be liable if we can't fulfill our obligations due to such circumstances, but we will of course reschedule or refund if you are unable to attend a different time.
13. Feedback and Concerns
13.1 We value your feedback! If you have any concerns or complaints, please let us know. We'll do our best to address and resolve any issues promptly. Based in feedback we are constantly improving the Field(s). It may not yet have all the facilities you might want or that we want, but hopefully we will quickly add them.
14. Making Changes
14.1 Occasionally, we might need to update these Terms. We'll let you know about any significant changes, and by continuing to use the Field, you accept the updated Terms.
15. Important Stuff
15.1 If any part of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply and remain in effect.
15.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us and you, replacing any previous agreements or understandings.
