What are the details?:

•  Ideally a minimum of 3-4 acres of agricultural grass land, but smaller and larger plots also considered.
• Woodland can be useful, rivers or ponds are good, or other features can be considered. On site water useful but not vital.
• Direct vehicle access or the option to add vehicle access is vital. Dog walkers will generally need to park in the fenced field and allow their dogs to exit the car without the use of a lead.
• Long term lease or land sale are both options.
• We deal with all aspects of set up costs, fencing, marketing, waste collection, booking system, planning application costs and maintenance.
• Competitive rates paid.
• Ideally within 10 minutes' drive of an urban population.
