Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

Is there parking at the dog field?
Yes, there is hard standing parking inside the dog field for a couple of cars and there is more parking just outside the field gate for about 3-4 cars in Felbridge and 1-2 in Pembury.
How long are the sessions?
Each session is 1 hour, but please remember to leave before your hour finishes so you don't delay the next booking.
I have a very small dog or puppy is that okay?
Please be aware our fencing is stock fencing, not rabbit fencing, so small dogs and puppies could get through the 8cm tall holes. You are welcome to come and visit to inspect for yourself if you are unsure if your dog will get through.
How can I change a booking once made?
Any booking can be rescheduled up to 6 hours before the booked slot simply by using the link in the confirmation email or text message you received with your booking. Doing so is free of charge. If you need to make a change with less notice, just contact us by Whatsapp, text or phone.
Is there a code to get in?
There is no code to get access to the Felbridge field but there is one for the Pembury field which is sent out in our reminder emails prior to your session. The field field itself is kept closed but not locked. There is a padlock for you to use to secure the gate while you are in the field but it is only used while someone is in the field. The code for the padlock is written inside the field.

The field is for your exclusive use, so you won't be sharing with anyone else. You should know though that sometimes horses are in the fields next to the dog field and that the odd car may drive by to access the other fields. Lastly, this field is in the countryside. While the field is secure you may see the odd bit of wildlife from time to time, which will quickly fly or run away when it sees you coming.

The field is 4 acres, the size of 3 football fields and is secured with 6ft high stock fencing. It is not rabbit fencing, so tiny dogs or animals could get through if they are escape artists.
